Atmosphere

The proposed development in the center of Richmond includes 6 residential towers and a 12 storey commercial – office tower all connected by a private urban roof garden.
Retail space on the Ground floor and office space on level 2 is wrapping a 3 storey above grade parkade. The shifting floor plates of the residential towers create movement and provide roof patios and floating balconies on every other level, giving a sense of gardens in the sky. Recesses in the facade and balcony soffits have accent colors based on a different color scheme for each tower. Certain balcony railings have perforated metal mesh panels; their opacity varies depending on the viewpoint. These various materials and colored surfaces will be experienced differently depending on view and angle and how one moves around the buildings.
