This site is located two blocks away from the Canada Line Station at Cambie and Broadway, in a neighborhood with old and new residential and commercial buildings.

The eight storey, terraced building is sympathetic in form to the adjacent office building and matches its height.
The four elevations of the building have contextual responses, with the north elevation being a more orderly structured form facing a major street while the south elevation is more playful and random in approach, which is more reflective of the different scale of the buildings in the neighborhood.
